Delivery

The packages are sent via La Poste's Lettre Service Plus or Colissimo Suivi, only in mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco), to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. Any relevant information for the delivery of the package should be provided by the customer. For other European Economic Community (EEC) member countries, there is an additional charge of 6€.

The processing of your order occurs within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the validation of your order (excluding events preventing delivery, such as unavailability), for payment by credit card or from the receipt of payment, for payment by check.

The delivery of your order by Lettre service plus of La Poste or Colissimo Suivi, takes place within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) following the processing of your order by our team.

Delivery is made by direct delivery of the product to the recipient you have indicated to us at the time of the order. If you (or the designated recipient) are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left indicating where and when to pick up the package.

Studio Paysan Parfumeur is responsible by law to the consumer for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the distance contract, including delivery, whether these obligations are performed by Studio Paysan Parfumeur or by a service provider (article L221-15 of the Consumer Code).
